They are extremely curious and eager to integrate a team of consultants, learn how to analyze different aspects of business operations. They have the opportunity to work on a specific topic and focus on a challenge. The trainees help the Team to improve productivity, reduce expenditure and utilise technology to achieve long-term business goals.

• Analyzing key work processes and proposing solutions to simplify and improve (incl. 4.0 solutions)
• Implementing proposed solutions and managing change attitudes
• Assisting and coaching our clients in improving their performance
• Facilitating the implementation of corporate strategy
• Becoming the privileged partner of both senior and operational management

Requirements

OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THIS OPPORTINITY?

We are mainly looking for trainee in master 2 (end of studies), specialization in Economics/Management or Supply chain for at least 4 months of traineeship:

• Motivated and flexible, you have already demonstrated your adaptability and autonomy,
• Rigor, humility, creativity, motivation and team spirit are essential qualities for success,
• You are fluent in French, both in oral and written communication combined with a good sense of formalization,
• You are proficient in English; knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an asset,
