Key job responsibilities
•Own and manage the end-to-end development of high-impact strategic documents, including Operational Plans, Strategic Planning Sessions (SPS), white papers, and executive communications
• Partner with WWOS senior leadership to translate complex security initiatives and data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action and alignment
• Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and best practices for the organization
• Lead the review and editing PR process for critical deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment
• Create and manage change management documentation to support major initiatives and organizational transformations
• Transform complex data and metrics into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholder audiences
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to gather input and ensure comprehensive coverage of WWOS's strategic priorities
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Drive continuous improvement in documentation processes and tools
• Adapt communication strategies based on emerging security threats and business needs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in program management or risk management
- Experience in effectively communicating complex projects into impactful C-suite level documents
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations and create structure
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations
- Experience in data interpretation and visualization
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification- Master's degree or equivalent
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Knowledge of Amazon's writing style and documentation standards
- Amazon Doc Bar Raiser
- Experience with change management communications
- Experience with technical writing or documentation systems
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies
- Background in supply chain security or operations
- Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies
- Additional language proficiency
