At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join our Uni Que team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead business analysis within a key segment of the organization.
- Select and apply appropriate analysis methodologies, plan-driven or adaptive (iterative/agile), based on project needs.
- Define how technology supports business goals by validating requirements, conducting feasibility studies, creating business models, preparing business cases, and overseeing solution implementation.
- Influence senior management to embrace process and organizational change.
- Prepare and maintain use cases and test scenarios aligned with business and system requirements.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) by executing test cases, logging defects, and working with implementors, SMEs, and process owners to validate outcomes.
- Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT): define test scope and data, guide business testers, structure feedback collection, and coordinate with the implementor.
- Create user stories, test evidence, and datasets within Dev Ops; support the review of final To-Be processes where applicable.
- Help consolidate feedback and lessons learned for regression testing and post–go-live planning.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3 years of higher education in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of People Soft and Oracle HCM Cloud platforms.
- Experience with Performance Management and Compensation modules.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and change impact analysis.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating and executing tests in Saa S-based environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, Process Owners, and external implementor consultants.
