MIBL now has an opening in its IT department for a: Senior Developer (CDI) (Ref: ITSD0404) Role responsibilities: The Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining in-house applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, providing technical support, and optimizing performance to meet business needs.

Your role: Develop, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance.

NET applications.

Develop and manage application in containerized environments using Open Shift.

Build modern web applications using Blazor and Angular for front-end development.

Work within an Agile development framework.

Ensure ongoing support and maintenance for in-house developed applications, bug fixes, optimizations.

Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes and problems management to ensure application stability and compliance.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including BA, PM, IT Teams, Banking operations to ensure stability and enhancement of the systems.

Demonstrate good organizational, communication and writing skills.

Your profile: 5 years of work experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of.

NET Framework, including C#, ASP.net and related technologies.

Strong knowledge of Angular and Blazor.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and its related services, including SSRS, SSIS.

Familiar with ITIL processes such as Incident Management and Change Management.

Good technical skills & willingness to keep up to date on technological advances.

Previous experience in the Financial industry and with core banking systems such as Olympic is highly appreciated.

Experience with Axway Automator, Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, Red Hat OCP / other containerisation technology is highly appreciated.

Strong analytical, problem solving skills.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Good verbal/written communication in English is mandatory, any other language is considered as an advantage.

Able to work on multiple items simultaneously, flexible in terms of afterhours support and planned weekend work.
