Company Description This well-established Man Co (Management Company) is responsible for a broad range of UCITS and AIF structures, with a strong European footprint.

To reinforce the compliance function, the company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to take the lead on strategic compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the compliance monitoring program.

Manage regulatory projects and liaise with the CSSF.

Conduct in-depth reviews of delegated functions and service providers.

Advise senior management on compliance risks and control measures.

Draft and update compliance and AML policies.

Supervise junior staff and provide internal training.

Profile Master's degree in Law, Business Law or equivalent.

Minimum 5–7 years of compliance experience in the Luxembourg fund industry.

Excellent knowledge of UCITS/AIFMD and AML regulations.

Fluency in English and French; any additional language is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and leadership ability.
