Your areas of responsibility:
Responsible for handling client accounts Point of contact for all client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed Developing a solid and trusting relationship with clients Assisting with generating new business, work with the sales team for upselling and cross-selling opportunities Resolving key client issues and complaints / understanding client needs Managing communications between clients and internal teams Preparation of Board Meetings Gain solid knowledge on service providers and markets Approach potential clients to establish relationships What you offer:
Ideally a successfully completed degree in sales management, business administration or economics At least four years’ professional experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry and / or credit institution Practical experience in a comparable position with knowledge about Man Co and AIFM business Very good communication skills and strong customer orientation to ensure a high quality of service Strong capacity for team work, motivation, reliability, resilience and service-oriented approach Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently Very good PC skills (MS Office) Fluency in German and English.
