Your missions

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Receptionist to join a legal firm for 32 hours per week, spread over 5 working days. 

As  Receptionist, you will :


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance

  • Provide administrative support to Executive Assistants, including filing, scheduling, preparing documents, and data entry

  • Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with internal events

  • Order office supplies and manage inventory

This position is a great opportunity to :


  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, looking to grow within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Your ideal profile


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly autonomous, well-organized, and detail-oriented

  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude

  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and general office equipment
