Maintain investor contact databases, investor relations agendas and meeting briefings
Answering inbound investor calls and emails
Development of marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs, and ad hoc investor communications and other PR activities
Produce market research, competitor analysis, product analysis and positioning, market entry strategy and presentations for internal strategic meetings
Research and identify new trends and investor targets
Assist in developing and preparing for important investor events, including online conferences, annual shareholder meetings, and quarterly earnings calls
Actively participating in the placement and marketing of funds towards prospective investors
Maintain relationships with and oversee intermediaries involved in the placement and marketing of funds
Assist in preparation of documentation and marketing applications to the local regulator for registration of new funds/sub-funds
Management of virtual data rooms
Sales reporting
The candidate will be part of the Project Management team preparing a wide variety of materials
In charge of Investor requests, updating the database, preparing deal communication
Fund updates and completing due diligence requests
The successful candidate will be a core part of our global Investor Relations team
Work closely across all the company funds working with deal teams, legal, finance, debt, monitoring, HR and PR teams internally
Maintain and build our strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant field
2-4 years of relevant work experience at an investment bank, consultant, accountancy firm, private equity firm, asset manager or placement agent
Technically minded and proficient in understanding financial/performance terminology
Readiness to familiarize with Luxembourg fund market practice Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word and Power Point)
Faultless written and verbal English language skills
Outstanding analytical, communication, and time management skills
Strong team player with a -self-starter attitude and strong interpersonal skills to interact with people across the firm
Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Have necessary soft skills to build relationships with clients and to develop team members
Willingness to travel
Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills
