- Manage information technology systems and IT solutions for the Luxembourg subsidiary of the Swissquote group
- Oversee critical ICT outsourcing, including cost monitoring, rate negotiations, and efficiency improvements
- Lead day-to-day IT team management (5 FTEs) and ensure delivery of internal and external IT services to agreed standards
- Align IT services operations with bank policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain robust, stable, efficient, secure, and modern IT systems
- Manage internal computer systems, databases, networks, and communications systems
- Coordinate IT activities with the Group and support IT Officers and Information Security Officer
- Balance and optimise efficiency, security, and operating costs of IT systems
Qualifications
- University Degree in IT
- Expert understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security in large organisations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Service delivery oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in change management and ability to influence and persuade
- Flexibility to work in a demanding environment
