Description
- Oversee the administration of a diverse portfolio of funds, management entities, and related structures while maintaining effective communication with clients and intermediaries.
- Manage company secretarial duties, including attending board and shareholder meetings and preparing detailed minutes.
- Facilitate and oversee both routine and complex fund operations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate investor records and process updates such as ownership changes and transfers.
- Prepare and execute manual and electronic payment instructions for fund-related expenses while managing the electronic payments database.
- Train staff on electronic banking systems and coordinate the setup of new bank accounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory filing requirements within set deadlines.
- Oversee the distribution and filing of financial accounts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members under the supervision of senior staff.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of French, German, or another European language is advantageous).
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or business administration, or progress toward a relevant fund/corporate administration qualification (such as ICSA certification).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and strong IT literacy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
