As a Client Relationship Manager your responsibilities are :
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, financial institutions, and investment funds.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high-quality service and execution of client instructions.
- Evaluate and structure financing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Promote the bank's full suite of products including cash management, FX, trade finance, and lending solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with departmental strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular meetings to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across the bank's business lines.
A successful Client Relationship Manager should have:
- Proven experience in corporate or institutional relationship management in Luxembourg
- Strong knowledge of banking products and financial markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; French or another European language is a plus.
- Strong understanding of compliance, legal, and tax frameworks.
