Admissions Specialist Vacancy: 2526-28 Number of vacancies: 1 Working conditions: Full time – Indefinite duration contract Annual Salary from 42,782 (€)*Annual Salary to 56,444 (€)* *commensurate with the experience and qualifications & within the limits of ISL's current CBA Brief description: The Admissions Specialist is a resource person for prospective parents, parents, students, parents and teachers.
These responsibilities are associated primarily with the Admissions Office.
The Admissions Specialist works to ensure transparency, consistency and confidentially for all constituents.
The Admissions Specialist supports the internal and external marketing efforts of the school and represents the strengths of ISL while continuing to support each applicant and newly enrolled family.
In addition, the Admissions Specialist is expected to be knowledgeable of the philosophy, goals, objectives and policies of the school and to coordinate personal goals and objectives within this framework.

Profile: (training, experience, skills and aptitudes necessary to do the job) Successful experience working in sales, customer service, client relationship management, and/or marketing in a multi-cultural environment (minimum 5 years' experience preferred), Strong, proven communication skills and experience, both oral and written, to successfully promote the school to prospective families; Proven experience in database management and analytical skills; Outstanding computer skills (Microsoft Office 365: Excel, Word, Outlook); Fluency in English (near native level), working knowledge of other language(s) a plus; Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Experience in school admissions or a similar activity a plus; Strong organisational and time management skills; Proven ability to work independently, as part of a team and under pressure.

Among main responsibilities: Support the work of the Head of Admissions and operate as an effective member of the Admissions Team through constant and consistent collaboration; Management of all student applications and admissions funnel via timely updates on the digital application platform, email and telephone communication: Database management of all applications and keeping all student applicant files up-to-date in the system; Email and telephone correspondence with families about all Admissions related activities inclusive enquiries about the school ; Notifying Head of Admissions of application completion; Scheduling of interviews and admissions tests; Procter online admissions tests; Sending official confirmation and application acceptance letters; Servicing of enquiries about the school: Conduct campus tours for prospective parents; Conduct online inquiry meetings for prospective parents; Answer telephone and email enquiries about the school; Planning and execution of annual re-enrollment process: Database management of all current student files and updating all necessary data points before the process is launched; Coordinate with other departments and service providers the necessary data updates and transfers; Monitoring the re-enrollment process once it is launched and correspond with families when needed; Prepare reports and analysis on re-enrollment when needed Planning and execution of CRM for Admissions: Database management of all enquiries; Identifying and mapping of target groups; Creating message templates for email campaigns or identified target audiences; Execution and analysis of CRM campaigns; Prepare reports and analysis on CRM when needed.
Prepare insight and analysis on enquiries, applications and enrollment data regularly and on adhoc basis for Management and Board statistics and as needed Such other duties Head of Admissions, Head of Advancement or Director may assign.
