Ideally Professional diploma or qualification in a related field (e.g., Commerce or Administration) or working experience in IP or a Customer Service orientated rolePositive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quicklyAbility to work independently with limited supervision as well as in a team environmentExcellent organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsClient orientated thinkingVery good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Fluency in English and German is mandatory (written and spoken); other languages are considered as an assetJoin us and grow with us!
